Lauk enak, bersama Tumis Bayam atau Kangkung atau Sayur Bening.
Bahan:
Biji jagung
1 sdm daun bawang iris tipis
1 telur, dikocok
3 sdm tepung terigu
2 sdm tepung beras
Bumbu halus:
2 sdt laos
1 sdt merica
6 bawang merah
3 bawang putih
1 sdt garam
Cara memasak:
- Campur jagung dan semua bahan
- Goreng dah
