Sate Ayam

Bahan:

    2 filet ayam
    minyak goreng
    dihaluskan: 5 bawang merah, 2 bawang putih, 1 sdt ketumbar, kunyit, 1 sdt asam, gula jawa, garam

Cara memasak:

    - potong filet ayam kecil-kecil
    - campurkan dengan bumbu halus dan minyak, diamkan selama 30 menit (lebih enak lagi semalaman)
    - tusukkan daging ke tusuk sate
    - bakar, sajikan dengan bumbu gado-gado siap saji dan sayuran
