Daging bumbu Bali

Bahan:

    1/2 kg daging sapi
    1 serai, memarkan
    5 sdm kecap manis
    garam, gula secukupnya
    3 sdm minyak
    1 L air
    bumbu halus: 5 cabe, 5 kemiri, 7 bawang merah, 3 bawang putih, 1 sdt jahe, 1/2 sdt terasi

Cara memasak:

    - Tumis bumbu halus dengan minyak
    - Tambahkan 3 sdm minyak, masukkan daging, serai, kecap, garam dan gula
    - Tambahkan 1 liter air, masak sampai matang
