Brongkos

Bahan:
bumbu rawon secukupnya
daging sapi (sudah direbus sampai lunak)
kacang tolo (ada di toko Weuro) yang direndam semalam dan dipresto 15 menit
tahu dipotong kotak
buncis dipotong-potong
sedikit santan

Cara:
- Rebusan daging dicampur dengan bumbu
- Masukkan daging, tahu, tolo
- Terakhir masukkan buncis dan sedikit santan
